You must be at least 18 years old and comply with the rules that apply where you are located. Regional access restrictions may apply.

Only one account is permitted per person, household or address, telephone number, email address and IP address. Your name, date of birth and address must be accurate. Accounts and login details must not be shared with other people.

We may request documents to verify your age, identity, place of residence and source of funds. These may include identity documents, proof of address and evidence relating to the payment method used. Payments may be withheld or accounts restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Where possible, withdrawals are made using the same payment method as the deposit. The standard minimum withdrawal is CHF 20; additional limits depend on your account level and payment method.

Your account balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. After six months without account activity, an administration fee of up to CHF 5 per month may apply.

Bonuses have their own terms covering activation, wagering, time limits, eligible games and maximum stakes. Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus terms have been met. The rules of the relevant game apply to every game round.

Fraud, collusion, multiple accounts and use of another person’s account are prohibited. Breaches may result in the account being restricted or closed and affected bets, bonuses and winnings being cancelled.
